Phew! December and November have been very busy months here at ts.com. We are finishing the integration of the IRIS ticketing business and ts.com, and from Monday the 9th February, the combined organisation will become IRIS Ticketing Solutions.
We now have a product portfolio that covers free ticketing (IRIS Express), to web based pre purchase ticketing (IRIS Web) through to fully featured arts and sports web and box office ticketing and CRM (IRIS Venue and IRIS TALENT Sport).
With such product breadth and functionality, coupled with over 12 years of support and implementation experience, this is a genuinely exciting position to be in (and one our competitors envy). Coupled with our integrations to access control suppliers (for stadiums and car parks), venue management accountancy and fund raising/charity solutions, we have a unique and compelling position in today’s marketplace.
Finally our clients and industry analysts and commentators have been very positive about our progress and the quality of our solutions. This will stand us in good stead for the forthcoming year, in this difficult economic climate. And we will continue to make the investment in developing our products to ensure that their functionality meets customer requirements now and in the future.
